Sorry to hear about your headache. It sounds like this person stresses you out or causes you anxiety in some way. Unless this person is a co-worker or family member I think you should probably try to keep your space. If this person is someone who cannot be avoided then you may need to develop some relaxation strategies. There are various slow breathing techniques you can employ that can help to relax you and avoid stress. I would recommend looking into some of these as a way to remain relaxed and headache free.
Also, if this is someone you absolutely must be around, than perhaps you should speak to them about whatever it is that causes you such distress. If it is a family member you should definitely see if there is some sort of amicable resolution you can come to. If this person is a boss or someone you cannot really chastise, then you can perhaps share with them respectfully that you are under duress. If it is say a boss, or a co-worker who cannot be changed then maybe it is time for a new job or transfer. Either way, you should do something, as it is not good for you to get a headache just from being around a person.
Unfortunately in life there is simply no avoiding seeing people that bother us from time to time and no matter where you go or what you do there are likely to be individuals with whom you do not see eye to eye, but learning to cope, expressing your feelings and standing up for yourself and finding ways to work with/see this person less are all things you should do for your sanity.
Best of luck,
