Overview
You have probably taken some time deciding to look for counseling. You may have asked your friends and relatives, or tried to figure it out for yourself. Yet finding a therapist is not at all like finding a physician or lawyer. On top of this, there may be over 300 approaches to therapy, each with its own purpose and limitations. Yikes! I will present clearly what my practice is like, so that your decision to go forward and call me makes sense. And I'll be glad to talk over anything else you may be wondering about.
