Hi Adc93, If you are
Hi Adc93,
If you are having thoughts of harming others, then you need to seek professional help as soon as possible. You can set up an appointment with a psychologist or psychiatrist, or contact a local mental health clinic. If you are having urges to harm people, then I recommend you go to the nearest hospital ER.

I wish you the best and hope you are able to get help soon.
