Having a song randomly pop into your head is something that happens to us all. It sounds like you have suffered from psychotic episodes before and are worried that another is coming on, so perhaps being overly aware when looking for signs of an impending breakdown. The worries about a song popping into your head actually sound a bit like an OCD obsession in the way it is making you anxious and based on the fact that you are asking this question online.
I wouldn’t be worried about songs popping into your head being a sign of impending psychosis unless you feel like you are actually hearing them. You should share this concern with your doctor however. If you are moving into a manic or depressive breakdown, your doctor can adjust your medication in accord with which direction your disorder is headed.
Best of luck,
