Improvement of mental health

Im working in a renowned pharmaceutical company, while I'm detailing or doing some conversation with doctors, or with anyone(usually Speak liltte faster very louder) I fell that in middle of my conversation the link between my mouth and thinking breaks, thus results a less impressive conversation with everybody. I can't answer or feel comfortable when i face sudden question, and i give a aggressive answer. At the age of 31 its not accpted by my friends and others. I have done an analysis on me since long days, that Im unable give a very opinion on any matter, or i give its so childish or almost 0% accoence. I tried many times to make control over all these things but unsuccessful. Sometime i feel im good for nothing, Seeing me ppl can't guess so that im such, but after a conversation they me loss interest in me because of my immatured behaviour. Where i need to very diplomatic there i bcome so emotional.
Sometime after doing such activity i feel, how silly I m. I can understand something wrong in me. But im unable address it positively.

Please help me. How can l IMPROVE MY MENTAL HEALTH OR INTELLIGENCY OR DIPLOMACY OR SUDDEN ANSWERING CAPACITY, TO CONTINUE A IMPRESSIVE INTERESTING CONVERSATION WITH EVERYONE.

Hi Boyzurge, My apologies for

Hi Boyzurge,

My apologies for the delayed response.

What you describe isn't something I can provide a simple response (i.e. "Do this...") to, that will be helpful. My best recommendation is to set up an appointment with a psychologist or other mental health professional for an evaluation to determine more clearly what is going on, and then decide what would be most helpful in terms of improving the areas that are causing problems for you.

I hope that helps!

Dr. Lane
