Hi, I am so sorry to hear you
Hi, I am so sorry to hear you are having these problems. It sounds like you should seek treatment from a mental health professional immediately. Please know that life can be better than this. A therapist may decide to give you medication to help quieten your symptoms, work with you by talking things out and/or help you develop new skills. It sounds like you have known you have obsessive-compulsive disorder for a while. If this is the case, you probably recognize that the symptoms tend to wax and wane. By seeking help, you can be back on the road toward fewer or no symptoms. Also, talk with a trusted friend or family member if this would help. I wish you the best.
