Sorry to hear about your concerns. It sounds to me like there are three possibilities. First possibility is that you are prone to worry and anxiety. Having an anxious outlook would cause you to obsess about worries such as this without relief. A second possibility is that your intuition is kicking in and you are actually picking up on subtle cues or suspicious actions by your husband. The third possibility is that your husband is intentionally keeping you nervous and jealous because it strokes his ego.
Having a loved one at a distance can be hard, especially if you are prone to worry and anxiety. You need to examine your situation closely, because deep down you probably know if it is anxiety or if there truly is something to your worry. There are many ways to deal with anxiety though, so I would recommend trying to see a psychologist to work out these feelings. Just diverting your mind won’t help, and while calming yourself spiritually can be good, there are definitely proven techniques one can use to deal with anxiety.
