Hi, I'm not a doctor but I hope I can help you. When you say your mind is speaking, I am guessing that you mean you can't get your thoughts to slow down so that you can relax and fall asleep. If you are literally hearing voices that seem like someone is talking to you, that is a different type of problem that requires speaking with a doctor. It sounds like you may be suffering from stress. Stress often causes us to have difficulty falling asleep. Stress can come from setting too high of an expectation on yourself, or being worried about your job, finances, family, love life or many other issues. It is often helpful to do something relaxing before bedtime, such as taking a long bath, reading a book or listening to music. Your room should be dark and quiet at night. If you still don't sleep well after a couple of weeks, talk with your physician. Medications and other treatments are available to help. Best wishes to you!
