Nayely, The symptoms you
Nayely,
The symptoms you are describing are quite serious, and it sounds like you have been suffering for a long time. Have you ever talked to your doctor or a mental health professional about them?
I strongly recommend that you set up an appointment with a mental health professional, such as a psychologist or psychiatrist, for a thorough evaluation as soon as possible.
If you ever feel as if you can't keep yourself safe or that you might actually hurt someone else, then it's important that you to talk to someone immediately. You can go to the nearest hospital ER, call or go to a mental health clinic if there is one near you, or call 911. If you have supportive parents and / or other family members or friends, let someone know what you're experiencing. It's important that you have as much support as possible.
There are a few different diagnoses that could explain your symptoms. The sooner you are evaluated, the sooner you can start getting the help you need.
